A clear way forward
From the first conversation to the final detail.
A good paint job is a sequence of careful decisions. Here is how we approach the work—and what we discuss with you along the way.

The painting process
Understand the space
Tell us what you want to change, where the property is and how it is used. Photos and dimensions can help us start the conversation, but surface condition and access may need an on-site assessment.
Put the scope in writing
Identify walls, ceilings, doors, trim or other surfaces. Agree on repairs, preparation, product assumptions, colour, sheen and exclusions. Discuss furniture, building access, parking and timing before committing.
Protect and prepare
Plan floor and furniture protection. Inspect the substrate, address suitable repairs, clean and sand as required, and specify primer where needed. Moisture problems or damaged materials must be resolved before a finish coat hides them.
Apply the agreed finish
Follow the selected coating’s product instructions for conditions, application and recoat timing. Maintain clear cut lines and coverage, and communicate any substrate issues that affect the agreed work.
Review and hand over
Walk through the included surfaces, discuss any items requiring attention and provide care information. Fresh coatings need time to cure; cleaning and normal use should follow the selected product’s guidance.
A scope you can compare.
The lowest number is difficult to evaluate when the included work is unclear. Compare the surfaces, preparation and product assumptions alongside the price.
- Which surfaces and rooms are included?
- What repairs, sanding and priming are allowed for?
- What products, sheen and finish coats are specified?
- How will occupied areas and belongings be protected?
- What is excluded, and how are changes approved?
- What access, timing and handover conditions are agreed?
Let’s put a clear plan together.
Tell us about your space. We’ll help define the preparation, finishes and next steps.
