Interior Painting
A good interior repaint changes more than the colour. Straight edges, consistent sheen and repairs that blend into the wall make the room feel finished. We plan single rooms and whole-home interiors around the surfaces, furniture, light and way you use the space.

The scope comes first
Know what goes into the work.
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors, prepared carefully and painted as one considered interior.
- Assessment of the rooms and listed surfaces
- Floor and fixed-item protection for the work area
- Agreed minor wall repairs and surface preparation
- Primer and finish coats specified in the quote
- Cutting in, rolling and detailed woodwork where included
- Cleanup and a final review of the quoted work
From surface to finish
Preparation with a purpose.
Define every surface
Separate walls, ceilings, doors, frames, baseboards and other millwork in the quote. Confirm colours, sheen and any areas that stay as they are before protection begins.
Protect and prepare
Agree on furniture movement and protect floors and fixed items. Remove surface contamination, address loose paint and assess dents, cracks and earlier repairs.
Repair and prime
Fill agreed imperfections, smooth repaired areas and remove sanding residue. Choose spot or broader priming according to the existing coating, exposed material and colour change.
Paint and review
Sequence ceilings, walls and woodwork to suit the scope. Allow the coating's recoat time and review the finish with the room's normal lighting before handover.
Planning your project
What affects your quote?
A quote should reflect the condition and complexity of your space. We assess these factors before confirming pricing.
- Number and size of rooms, ceiling height and stair access
- Wall condition and the extent of repair work
- Trim profiles, door count and millwork detail
- Existing colours, new colours and coating requirements
- Occupied rooms, furniture and the agreed sequence

Questions about interiors.
Can you paint the ceilings and trim as well as the walls?
Yes. Include the surfaces you want in your request. We list ceilings, doors, frames, baseboards and other millwork in the written scope so their preparation and finishes are clear.
Do I need to empty every room?
Small items, artwork and valuables should be removed from the work area. We discuss larger furniture and access during assessment so you know what to move and what protection is included.
Will new paint hide cracks and dents?
Paint does not flatten a damaged surface. Repairs should be agreed before painting; deep defects, recurring cracks or widespread unevenness may need more preparation than a standard repaint.
Can you coordinate a whole-home repaint?
Yes. We establish the room sequence, included surfaces and access requirements together. Timing depends on repairs, colour changes, drying conditions and whether the home remains occupied.
